    3rd Line Support

    My client are a world renowned higher education and are currently recruiting for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis onsite in Oxford.

    The successful candidate will work with the departments IT Infrastructure Systems and help provide day to day IT Support in a 2nd and 3rd Line capacity.

    Key skills

    Demonstrable experience of providing technical support in a complex IT Services department.
    Strong understanding of Active Directory
    Windows Server 2016
    SQL Server
    Powershell
