Our well established and expanding client requires an experienced Support professional to work closely with their Service Desk and Service Delivery teams. This key role requires someone with solid experience in 2nd and 3rd line support, excellent inter-personal skills, team leadership capabilities, as well solid knowledge of O365, Windows and Active Directory. Formal Windows certification highly desired with ITIL knowledge/certification a bonus.
You will be playing a leading role in the service desk resolution team whilst supporting the Service Delivery Manager
