3rd Line Support Engineer – London – 5 Month contract – Inside IR35
My customer requires an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join an existing team for an initial 5-month engagement.
The business is going through a Tenant-to-tenant migration and need a technical 3rd line engineer to receive escalated tickets from the service desk engineer and then solve these more complex issues or escalate when required.
Please note this 3rd Line Support Engineer role is Inside IR35 and it will require the Engineer to onsite in London on a hybrid approach.
The business is looking for someone who is friendly and open to helping non-technical users with setup processes on iPhone and Windows 10.
Primary day to day responsibilities will for the 3rd Line Support Engineer will include:
Previous experience in a 3rd Line Support Engineer role
Windows 10 – Administration and Support
Office 365 – Administration and Support
Active Directory experience
Intune experience important
Azure would be beneficial
Group policy, TCP/IP, DNS experience
Experience with service management systems such as ManageEngine
This 3rd Line Support Engineer role is based in London.
