    Job Description

    Role – 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer
    Location – Remote
    Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 + benefits

    Skills – 3rd Line Support, Infrastructure Support, Windows Server 2016 and/or 2019, VMWare, HP Servers, 0365, SCCM, Azure or AWS

    To qualify the 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer will have demonstrable experience in 3rd line infrastructure support covering various technologies including Windows Server 2016 and/or 2019 (and associated technologies such as Hyper-V, NPS, PKI, GPO, PowerShell Automation, DirectAccess/AlwaysOn VPN), VMWare, HP Servers, 0365, SCCM and Azure or AWS.

    Any experience of Citrix XenServer, HP SimpliVity, MDM and/or SD-WAN is desirable but not essential.

    Your role will be to provide a mix of BAU and project based 3rd line infrastructure support.
