3rd Line Support Engineer/Infrastructure Support (Citrix, Windows Server, VMWare, WVD, Azure) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 6 months rolling contract, to be based in remotely from home, UK. (UK Only).
Responsibilities & Skills:
The successful applicant will be an enterprise level 3rd Line Infrastructure Specialist
Must have as many of the following as possible: Windows Server, Windows Clusters, VMWare, SQL Server, HyperV, Hardware management, Azure, Citrix Netscaler, Citrix Cloud, Citrix Storefront & Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
SME level knowledge of Windows Server, Clusters, VMWare, Storage Systems, Networking.
PowerShell, VBScript, Various Vendor CLI skills
Citrix App Layering
Citrix ADC (Netscaler) Knowledge.
Knowledge of VPN solutions and load balancing.
Citrix Storefront Administrator.
Windows Virtual Desktop delivery and support.
Change Management Processes.
Enterprise level experience writing test plans & SOE's.
