We are looking for an Access Management Analyst to join us. Reporting to the Access Management Team Leader, the successful candidate will receive and respond to requests for access, removal and change to relevant customers networks, data and systems. The Access Management Analyst will also support any relevant project activity where necessary.
It would be ideal for the candidate to be based in the Kent area due to working from our Kent based offices 2 days per week.
Creating new user accounts and mailboxes following agreed procedures and security protocols
Process request for the creation of new shared folders and grants access to existing shared folders
Assist our users in defining their needs for new access rights and privileges. Operates and administers logical access controls relating to one or more platforms in order to provide continuous and secure access to information services
Respond to requests in accordance to KPI’s and Service Level Targets and promptly allocate unresolved calls to appropriate teams, keeping the customer informed of actions taken
What we need from you
Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Relevant experience in ICT industry
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Experience of Active Directory Account Administration
Good understanding of computer networking to identify common issues
Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems to undertake day-to-day tasks
Awareness of IT infrastructure and the IT applications services processes use within your own organisation
Proficient in customer service techniques for ensuring that full account is taken of customers real and stated needs in the delivery of IT services
