Job Description

Account/Business Development Manager
£24000-£50000 Based on experience (Double OTE)
Northampton – Hybrid (3 in office)
Opportunities generated through team expansion and the securing of a second office – keen to speak with candidates from Account Manager up to Account Director with flexibility on Salary and commision structure based on level of Seniority

Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify potential sales leads
* Source and develop customer referrals
* Schedule sales activity against pre-agreed business targets
* Make sales calls to new and existing customers
* Develop and make presentations of company products, services and solutions to current and potential customers
* Maintain an ongoing customer contact strategy
* Participate in sales events as required: internal and external events
* Accurately maintain sales activity records to support sales teams reports
* Develop and accurately maintain your customer database within CRM
* Respond in a timely manner to customer enquiries by telephone, electronically or in person
* Support the development of account management colleagues: new starters and developers
* Ensure customer service satisfaction and good customer relationships
* Pro-actively monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Candidate Requirements
* Must have experience of working with for an IT Reseller/MSP in a Sales role
* Must be able to demonstrate target achievement
* Must be comfortable with both new business generation & account management
