Job Description

Account Manager – Remote Working – Up to £45k

On behalf of our growing client, we are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager. As Account Manager, you will be engaging with the existing client base, identifying potential new opportunities for growth, acting as an escalation point for clients, reporting on contracted services and driving client issues to resolution.

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of Account Management and service delivery with regard to clients’ Contractual Services

Exhibit full understanding of client's business use case of the company product, provide make recommendations for improvements and identify/create upsell opportunities. Monitor and advise clients on contracted company services and international best practice standards

Act as the client account owner and primary POC for assigned clients; act as the internal liaison to ensure consistent compliance with client requirements as per the agreed SLAs

Oversee task management for clients, from initial implementation/ project stage to live operational status

Host scheduled service delivery review meetings with clients, demonstrating active issue progress, reviewing SLA performance, and reviewing overall service performance

Oversee assigned client’s open tickets and provide support to drive to resolution as per the SLAs and escalate issues whenever required.

Collaborate with the clients to provide support with user adoption and creation of a user case roadmap

The Account Manager will have the following:

The ability to prioritise and be very organised is essential, multiple different issues can manifest themselves and these issues are often wide-ranging but time-critical

Must be able to pick up new concepts quickly and understand the basics of a data management solution

Exceptional communicator – Essential to be able to work remotely and use initiative to reach out to the people who can help.

Calm and creditable in front of clients even when all answers and solutions are not available

Excellent written skills/ presentation is a must

Proactive/self-starter – there are a lot of processes that will require learning. Issues are easy to fall by the wayside only to re-emerge again a few months down the line and get escalated
