Job Description

We're looking for Account Managers to join our growing IT sales team in Harrogate and we need the right people to help us achieve our goals. Whether you have sales experience or not, you'll be fully trained so you know you'll have all the knowledge to succeed!
 
BASIC SALARY: Up to £30,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Account Manager, Sales Executive – IT Equipment and Hardware
 
We pride ourselves on our customer service and as our Account Manager, you'll be responsible for the sale of the spare parts of our IT hardware to these valued customers. You'll be fully trained in house, so you'll have all the tools to deliver our high levels of service to customers. You'll be answering inbound phone calls and online messages to increase overall sales. You'll be selling a wide range of our spare parts such as servers and server parts, storage drives such as hard disk drives and SD cards, and laptop and PC components.
 
You'll need to build relationships with your customers, understand their requirements and provide the right equipment for their needs. We work closely as a team, so while you're learning there'll be plenty of support on offer to help guide you in the right direction. Your commission is based on our monthly global sales target, so we work together and succeed as a team.
 
As our Account Manager you'll be:
· Taking inbound calls from customers
· Delivering excellent customer service while carrying out the above
· Constantly training and learning to help you grow
· Managing your own accounts
