We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join a Multi-Award winning Digital Agency in Edinburgh. Working as a dynamic team with a great scope of responsibilities and opportunity, this role as Account Manager will report to the Client Services Director and act as the face of the company to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with valuable clients and contrinuting to the growth and success of the business.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
Actively contribute to new business pitches and present our products and services to clients – create new proposals and SOW's, budget estimations etc.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Generate inbound leads for services and products.
Identifying and addressing client needs and concerns
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role (2+ years B2B)
Previous experience in Agency/Digital space is big advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills
