Job Description

Position Title: Administrative Business Partner

Location: London

Assignment duration: 25th July 2022 until 9th June 2023

Onsite schedule: Tuesday-Thursday onsite

Bonus Plan: Company Plan (yearly)

Salary: £16.51 – £19.85 p/h / 34K – 41K p/a

Job description:

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Company's products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Job responsibilities

Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment)
Lead and manage projects of different magnitude, including taking notes and tracking actions
Organize inclusive team events
Help team leads prepare and deliver presentations for meetings


A self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them.
Strong communication skills.
Strong business judgment, professional etiquette and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in an administrative role working in a technology or international environment (3-5 years)
Ability to speak and write English and fluently.


Experience of providing high-quality professional administrative support to senior Executives within a fast-paced international team environment
Experience with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking and budgeting of events
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
