Reporting directly to Head of Data and Insight.
Join this growing insurance company who have expanded over the last year to meet the customer needs. The customer is at the heart of everything they do, and they need to grow the team to support with this.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working in a customer centric data environment, driving decisions by producing actionable insights and facilitate customer and data lead decision making. You’ll be working closely with seniors and stakeholders across the entire business with the support from the analysts and insight individuals in your team.
From supporting the marketing team by personalising campaigns; to presenting commercial insights to the sales team; to strategy development and predicting customer behaviour; you’ll have the chance to get involved and impact various areas of the business. You’ll be ambitious and working show the impact of analysis across various teams and individuals in the business.
You’ll also define the customer strategy in order to understand more about their audience and customers and so much more!
What experience you’ll need to apply
3+ years working in an Insight/Analyst role
Skilled working with SQL
Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
Bonus for experience managing and presenting to stakeholders
Experience with customer segmentation, customer analysis and customer metrics
Comfortable managing large data sets
Bonus for knowledge of customer science programs and customer strategy
Background of providing customer insight to various business functions
What you’ll get in return for your experience
Flexible working, a fantastic package and great progression opportunities. They’ll also offer a base salary of up to £65,000 for the right person.
They are agnostic on location but would wish for this person to come into the closest office a couple of times a week. Ideally either London or Bristol.
