The client mentioned is continuing this massive growth and looking for a passionate Application Engineer to come join the new internal business unit.

The company in question is a very well-established Global leading Software company who have been around for over 30 years with international offices over the world & a strong foothold in the marketplace, dealing with Software and Electronics.

In this role you will play an integral part in helping the delivery of the products roadmap for the new business unit and core, working firsthand with the team of developers and partners. Ensuring the success of the Cloud Data Platform by assessing the customer's needs through the incoming data and producing queries and how-to-guides to assist with any needs.

The ideal candidate will ideally come from a technical customer-facing or similar role with experience in dealing with Cloud-bases products with a strong customer focussed approach who is driven to provide exceptional service and not be afraid to get your hands dirty in creating How to User Documentation, or Code Snippets

The Role:

*Assessing customers' needs and from this data producing queries and scripts
*Writing User Facing Documents & How to guides for Users
*Hands-on responsibility for testing and User Facing systems and Applications
*£45,000 to £55,000 + 28 Days Holiday + Healthcare + Mental Healthcare + Pension + Flexible Working + Cycle to work Scheme

The Person:

*Background in Software/Cloud-based Products
*Experience in writing Documentation & User guides
*Experience testing and dealing with System API's & User Facing Applications/Web Sites
*Commutable to Cambridge
