You will be the voice of the company providing 1st line support for their products, dealing with fantastic customers day to day. You will deal with a variety of issues; from your simple password resets to your more investigative issues, giving you the chance to look under the covers and learn more and more about their products.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication, with excellent customer service skills.
Enjoy solving problems, with good attention to detail and able to work as part of a team.
