  You will be the voice of the company providing 1st line support for their products, dealing with fantastic customers day to day. You will deal with a variety of issues; from your simple password resets to your more investigative issues, giving you the chance to look under the covers and learn more and more about their products.
 
Ideally you will have a good understanding or an interest in basic IT infrastructure, basic knowledge of databases, with a keen interest to develop SQL and Javascript skills.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication, with excellent customer service skills.
Enjoy solving problems, with good attention to detail and able to work as part of a team.
