Dynamics 365 Applications Manager

My client, a sector leading organisation with the most beautiful working environment, are looking for a Dynamics 365 Applications Manager.

The successful Applications Manager will be highly skilled and experienced in the provision of business applications/ERP services which are capable of supporting a driven and complex organisation. This is a hands-on/technical role and the post holder will be expected to be directly involved in day-to-day management and administration of a complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on management of the company's suite of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and business solutions
Service management/ownership of enterprise systems architecture, taking the lead in strengthening and leveraging supplier relationships
Reviewing technical deliverables throughout development and upgrade cycles to ensure quality standards are met and stated requirements are delivered
In conjunction with other Heads of IT service, conduct periodic information/security audits and business continuity exercises
Work with all IT service teams to develop and maintain an online user knowledgebase/FAQ
Investigating and proposing new technologies and tooling to improve the operational effectiveness of enterprise systems and related services
