We're looking for motivated apprentice DevOps engineers to work with us, contributing to and supporting the design, development and maintenance of infrastructure-as-code and continuous integration, deployment, and delivery pipelines for products that make up citizen services.
Alongside gaining the skills you need for your new job role, you'll be studying towards gaining a Level 4 DevOps engineer apprenticeship qualification. You'll develop crucial skills, knowledge and behaviours to advance your career and be part of a great team delivering digital apps and services
You'll be supported by your line manager, skills coach and the engineering community, as well as fellow apprentices on the programme, so you will have plenty sources of encouragement to help you succeed. It's also critical that you can be proactive and make the most out of your time on the apprenticeship.
There's a lot to do and learn, so you'll need to be proactive and make the best of all of the support you will be given to become a great success.

How do I know if I'm eligible to apply?
Hold a valid passport/birth certificate or residence permit.
Have the right to live and work in the UK.
Must have lived in the UK and/or EEA for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date.
Not be in full-time education or be undertaking another apprenticeship by the apprenticeship start date.
You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject. – we reserve the right to withdraw applications who are deemed ineligible due to existing qualifications.
You must hold GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or equivalent.

You'll join us in your choice of our digital hubs in either Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Tyne or Sheffield.
