Job Description
Synapri are currently working with a large, multinational Charity organisation who are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer to lead and contribute to their strategic goal of moving testing and quality assurance to automation, in collaboration with wider technical teams.
The successful candidate will be reporting into the Head of Testing and QA and responsible for hands-on creation, and execution of test scripts to fulfil requirements and maintain the automation framework.
Some of the role responsibilities include identification/design/implementation/support of automation capability, analysing technical requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing automated regression packs, adopting a continual improvement approach, and addressing any errors/root causes post-release.
This is a fully hands-on position requiring very strong technical skills with the following:
* C# programming language
* Knowledge of specflow (Gherkin)
* SOAP/REST API automation testing
* Robotic Process Automation tools
* Agile/Scrum methodologies
