Bid Writer
Hertford / Hybrid
£45,000
We are looking for a Bid Writer to join a well-established company with over 30 years' experience delivering managed print, document and IT services as part of their growing Bids team.
The company have seen continued growth and currently have 5 offices across the UK, so there will be potential for ongoing career progression and growth. This role is available with hybrid working, with 2 days based in their Hertford office on a centrally located recently renovated business park offering free parking.
As a Bid Writer your responsibilities will include:
Completing all requests for quotations, pre-qualification questionnaires, sales proposals and compliance-based content for all tenders.
Creating supporting PowerPoint presentations as part of tender processes.
Gaining an understanding of Public Sector frameworks including (but not limited to) Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) and Crown Commercial Services (CCS).
The successful Bids Writer will have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience within a bid writer/tender administrator/proposals coordinator or similar role.
Strong Microsoft skills – Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel Word and preferably Visio.
Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
An ability to maintain confidentiality with all company information and materials.
