Job Description

Do you have experience managing complex Bills of Materials in ERP/MES systems?
Do you have an Engineering background with an interest in expanding your career within the world of IT?
Are you highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills?

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented BOM & Integrations Administrator to join a small, experienced and passionate team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex Bills of Materials and implementing system integrations with a basic working knowledge of finance and accounting. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate costing, inventory management and product fulfilment for an innovative patented outboard motor which is set for launch later this year.
Location: Stratford-upon-avon
Salary: Up to £42k
Working pattern: 9am-5pm Hybrid role. Office based 3 days a week.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage BOM configurations in ERP and MES systems
Maintain accuracy and consistency of BOMs through the engineering and prototyping phases
Communicate BOM information to key stakeholders
Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to construct manufacturing BOMs
Analyze usage discrepancies and resolve BOM issues
Implement relevant controls and checks to pre-empt issues
Drive improvements to processes, reporting and data quality
Provide IT systems support and conduct projects as directed   
Qualifications & Attributes:

Excellent organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Mastery of complex processes and ability to clearly communicate them
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Working knowledge of basic finance and accounting
Experience in manufacturing or related industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP systems
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, business, supply chain or related preferred
