About the Role
Governance & deployment at the heart of all Business Process Management (BPM) systems. The role is to manage processes and functions/features across the business. There is also strong requirement to utilise the process data for diagnosis on operation efficiency and make improvement. This role is to lead this activity and focus on BI/MI & stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
BI analysis on the BPM process data and generate analysis reports.
Extract process data and generate engaging reports that adequately highlight key elements of performance and opportunities to improve.
Manage projects end to end; Plan, aid develop and implement system and software updates.
Investigate business operation efficiency through BI analysis. Interview the business to gather information on what challenges are faced. Work with process owners and offer suggestions on behaviour improvement and process optimisation.
Work as the team leader to manage team members’ workload balance and delivery quality.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
BI data analysis experience
Good understanding of core and common business processes across multiple functions
Experience with process design
Clear communication
Delivery driven; results orientated
Critical thinking
One Team – cross functional role
Desirable:
Experience of Data Analysis
BI reporting software tool exposure
Knowledge of/ experience using SQL
Knowledge DevOps and sprints
Strong leaderships skills
