They need a Business Analyst who can help them upgrade from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 and liaise with their clients in order to customise the platform in the way it will best fit their requirements, so we are looking for an MS Dynamics specialist with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
You will be helping to develop software solutions that reflect current and future business needs. This will include building relationships with internal and external users and understanding their IT and systems requirements. You will manage the full project lifecycle from initial business case to final business sign off, and, alongside the Enterprise Architecture Board, assess 3rd party solutions and developers to define high level designs that satisfy both technical and functional requirements. Effective software and integration testing are the goal! You will create and communicate project plans and lead teams to deliver solutions whilst you manage projects and support workloads effectively.

A hybrid working arrangement – twice a week in their Elland-based office
Occasional travel to other company sites is required – all expenses are covered and you will not need to use your personal vehicle
What you'll need:
In-depth ERP experience, ideally Microsoft D365 and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX, and ideally a good knowledge of SQL Server and Integrating solutions
Exceptional communication, presentation, customer service and stakeholder management skills as you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders of different seniority levels
The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
The ability to lead teams and influence business decisions
Excellent analytical and organisational skills
An understanding and enthusiasm for technology and solution design
A clean driving license and the willingness and ability to travel to other sites as and when required
