Change Business Analyst – London, Holborn – Hybrid on-site

An excellent permanent salaried role with a leading UK and global organisation where you will get to work on a wide range of Transformational Business Change and Digital Systems Change Projects alongside BAU improvements.

You will be working alongside a strong BA team, Product specialists and a forward thinking IT and Change leadership team.

The Business Analyst will work closely with all business users to understand current and future changes required, operating models, improvement areas, building out requirements and benefits documents, liaising with the change delivery team to ensure the changes and product meet the business an user needs. If you have a keen eye for business operations, digital improvements, understanding and adding value to internal customers and end users of services, this could be a great role for you!

Strong experience covering projects whether waterfall or agile, gathering as-is and to-be requirements from stakeholder and user groups, analysing GAP against various means, system, data, people, change requirements, evaluating proposed solution against needs, working with PMO and release teams will all be ideal. Working closely with the business to showcase and wireframe mockup's of solutions, DILO's, Use Cases.

This is a Permanent, salaried role, negotiable depending on experience paying circa £55,000, plus bonus with Hybrid working / office working 2 days per week in London, nr Holborn station. Full job description is available.
