Business Analyst

Hybrid working – travel to the Cardiff office once a fortnight/ month

My FTSE 100 client are actively seeking a Business Analyst to join one of the newest and fastest growing departments within their organisation.

As a Business Analyst you will work with a range of stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements that can be clearly understood, as well building process maps that will shape the operating model for existing and future product offerings.

Work with internal stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their needs
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
Support all stages of the transformation lifecycle
Take an active part in transformation governance including team meetings, working groups, programme boards and agile ceremonies as required

Great if you have:

Financial Services experience
Knowledge or previous experience of Agile methodology
Prior experience within a Business Analyst role.
