Business Analyst
£40,000 – £52,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Brighton/Remote
I'm looking for an experienced Business Analyst, to join an organisation, as they embark on a new corporate strategy, outlining a bold and challenging vision, which encompasses a new Digital & Data strategy.
In this role, you will support the business on a range of projects by acting as the bridge between the business needs and solution providers, working successfully with a range of business and technical stakeholders to ensure that all needs are captured at a detailed level. You will work within a team of BA's to plan, manager and deliver business analysis and further design effective business solutions.
We are therefore looking for the following requirements:
Proven experience delivering high quality business analysis outputs, using different tools, techniques and methodologies – including process mapping, requirements gathering and process design.
Experience working on large, complex, or transformational change projects.
Strong stakeholder management.
Highly motivated with the ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
