£400p.d-£500p.d outside IR35

Remote with very occasional travel to Andover

12 Month Contract with potential extension

An award winning Change consultancy is working with a Global FMCG client who are going through SAP S4 Hana implementation and are looking for an experienced Change Consultant to join them on an exciting journey rolling out to Poland, Ireland and England. It's a great opportunity for any contractor to be in a long term contract and truly make a difference in a company.

Your role will require putting together a Change Strategy, working with a team of other Change professionals including Communication Manager, Change Director and Engagement Manager. There is some strategy backbones in place however you will be expected to improve and evolve it.

Key Requirements & Experience:

-MUST BE A FLUENT POLISH/ ENGLISH SPEAKER. There's a lot of stakeholders based in Poland therefore it's a key aspect of the role. Candidates without this skill will be rejected automatically.

-Experience implementing Change on an end-to-end SAP integration

-Experience building on Change Strategy

Beneficial but not essential experience includes:

-Delivering Change on SAP S4 Hana implementation

-Any background of ERP roll-out or supply chain background

-Any Change certifications
