Business Change Manager
My higher education client are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to work on a number of business change workstreams.
The successful contractor will have demonstrable experience of working on complex change projects, with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability influence project stakeholders at all levels.
The contractor will ensure stakeholder engagement and tasks will include recruiting and working with pilot users/user testers. The projects have a higher education focus, therefore previous experience gained in a higher education sector client is highly desirable for this contract. Any experience of working with research/scientific stakeholders is also advantageous and one projects relates to administrative technology change within this area.
Tasks will involve working on a change impact assessment, identifying training needs, contributing to change strategy and benefits mapping.
