We are partnered with a leading R&D Tax Consultancy who are looking to appoint a Business/Data Analyst on a 12-Month contract for maternity cover!

Salary – £60,000.00 – £70,000.00

London based office – this is a hybrid role, though mostly remote, with an expectation to join in office for the first few weeks for training.

Key activities include:

Providing intelligence using analysis/ reports all areas of the business (trends, how they can improve)
Managing the business's CRM and Project Management tools (Pipedrive and Asana), including the user process/ experience and implementing change requests/ projects
Managing the business's visualisation tool (Grow), creating new dashboards, improving existing dashboards, managing back-end data uploads including quarterly targets
Modelling impacts into their long-term business plan (these impacts could relate to performance, pricing changes, external market changes, governmental policy changes)
Setting up the process to collect and organise new datasets required as the business evolves
Looking for automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks across the business
Working with the business to make performance metrics measurable
Training their tools to new starters and offering refreshers for existing users
Monitoring and improving the integrity of their data for all business areas
Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in data analysis, interpretation, visualisation and presentation
Long term forecasting & modelling experience
Strong experience data presentation and visualisation
Advanced excel and google sheets
Experience with remote working using tools such as slack, hangouts, drive etc

Comfortable working in a flat structure without hierarchy or explicit authority
