With further growth and expansion plans for 2023, it is seeking to hire experienced and passionate sales professionals to come on board in a new business capacity and sell its SAAS/software solutions to care homes across the UK.  The ideal candidate will be driven, have good ethics and be high on honesty and integrity with experience selling software/SAAS into the care sector. Candidates who are new business focused that have sold into other vertical markets will also be considered as will individuals who have worked in a senior management capacity within a care home looking to move into software sales. Candidate Skills Required:

– Proven track record of new business wins

– Experience in selling SAAS/cloud-based software applications

– Full 360 sales experience from lead generation to close

– A minimum of 3+ years IT sales experience

Candidate Skills Beneficial:

– Experience selling software into the social care sector, ideally care homes

– Worked in a senior management capacity within a care home

– A stable career record
