Be-IT are working with a global and widely recognised non for profit organisation who are seeking a Business Improvement Analyst part of the change and transformation team.

You should have the following –

Developed a culture of continuous improvement within an organisation using PDCA or similar

Have Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Enjoys problem solving and collaborating with others to deliver sustainable value

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and influence people at all levels

Dedication and skill at motivating and influencing people; an aptitude for being detailed and accurate whilst be able to have a holistic view

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks at once and meet strict deadlines

Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic, with the ability to work on own initiative.

Passionate about what they do, making a difference and being part of a fun, emotionally intelligent team, and wider change community

In return, you can expect a salary of up to £60,000 plus a strong benefits package and great work life balance. This is a remote first position with occasional travel to the Glasgow office.
