Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000

Location: Lancashire, UK

A rapidly growing logistics company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team. They offer a one-stop solution for domestic, international, and freight shipments and are undergoing an exciting merger with their global sister company.

With a focus on growth and data-driven decision making, they are looking for an individual who can help us push their BI function within the organisation!

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a robust data infrastructure to support BI and analytics initiatives
Support Management in framework agreements' negotiation building qualitative and quantitative analysis
Design and implement reporting and dashboard solutions to help drive business decisions
Support business functions and the franchisees by analysing, managing, and aligning business related financial data and KPI measurements
Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and assist in implementing solutions
Support Network Sales & Operations to define profitable and competitive pricelists

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role
Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
A passion for working with data and driving business decisions
