Business Systems Analyst | Permanent | Birmingham| Hybrid | Great Annual Bonus

My client is looking to strengthen their Business Systems team within their IT sector so require an enthusiastic Business Systems Analyst to join their team. Is this is you?

You will be a passionate, self-driven person with excellent interpersonal and technical skills. Delivering value-add solutions to sculpt and support business processes will be your responsibility as you engage with their current COINS and Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
What does the Business Systems Analyst role involve?

Working with key stakeholders in gathering, documenting and interpreting business need into requirements for system changes and giving regular updates.
Developing, managing and documenting system changes through to implementation.
Business Intelligence/report writing.
Coordinating with third party software partners; handing over business requirements for system changes and monitoring progress.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of changes to ensure they meet requirements.
Upgrade, service pack and fix testing in line with policies.
Provision of third line support of business systems.
Escalating to third party software partners where necessary and following through to resolution.
Creation of training materials such as help cards and video clips.
Maintenance and configuration of systems.
Domestic travel to attend meetings and support projects (typically less than 10% travel)
Assisting with local IT infrastructure as required. 
Qualifications / Experience:

Experience of COINS, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Oracle or SAP ERP solutions desirable.
Technical background with software development and report writing experience desirable.
Data & reporting skills (SQL, PowerBI, Jet Reports).
Excellent communication skills, at all levels and experience with technical and non-technical audiences.
Logical and analytic thinker with a willingness to learn new skills and promote best practise across the business.
Strong time management, analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in the House Building/Construction and/or Manufacturing industries.
