Job Description

My client is a membership organisation working across the UK. They offer professional support to their members, a range of corporate training solutions, topical events and workshops and provide information and policy advice. Plus they own and manage an events venue.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Systems Manager to join their busy IT Team.

With extensive experience of working closely alongside internal stakeholders and external partners, you will manage and develop our range of integrated business systems in order to meet rapidly evolving organisational needs. Your initial challenges will include improving our use of data as a business intelligence tool.

Being part of a small team, mostly working remotely, you will need to be proactive and well organised in your role. This is a great opportunity to hit the ground running and to work autonomously across their highly successful products and services, helping to develop and implement the IT strategy.

The Business Systems Manager acts as the bridge between the business and IT, developing relationships with business units and teams within CIEH, and translating their requirements and expectations into practical deliverable IT developments and functions.

In addition to leading, instigating, and co-ordinating development, the Business Systems

Manager administers these systems day-to-day, provides support to end-users and managers as required, and manages and owns the relationship between IT and third-party support companies.

Qualifications in Prince2 or other project management techniques, and the proven ability to work within a systematic framework.

Practical experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 business systems.
Experience of systems integration platforms and methods.
Experience of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate and Power BI an advantage.
Previous experience with membership organisations an advantage.Does this sound like the challenge you're looking for? To apply for this role, please submit your CV to us.
