Avanti Recruitment is working with a Global Media company based in Oxford Circus who are on the market for a number of Developers. Their products enable TV advertisements to be edited and aired within seconds and launched to over 14,000 channels, they have a very impressive client base with some of the biggest broadcasting and media brands already on board.

They have an enterprise scale cloud-based platform which serves most of their customers and they have upgraded to .NET Core. They need .NET Developers with a very strong background using C#, MVC and with a couple of year's in .NET Core working in a TDD environment. The tech stack includes using AWS but experience in this isn’t essential as they can provide training.

They're looking for developers who are passionate about building quality products and clean code. The development environment is Agile scrum with TDD. They love SOLID principles and using design patterns to build the best code possible and want someone who shares this belief. They are happy to offer fully remote-working but if you would like to head into the office the development team has their own space away from sales and marketing where you will be able to code in a quiet space with little distractions. They also have break out areas with whiteboard walls for brainstorming sessions and group collaborations and have great collaboration when working from home.
