Senior Change and Communications Co ordinator

Hybrid working

My client has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Senior Communication and Engagement Co ordinator

As an Agile Change, Comms and Engagement Coordinator you will be part of the Delivery Enablement Team reporting to the Agile Implementation Manager.

Purpose of the role
To further enhance our employee engagement by supporting communications and engagement interventions using various channels and change techniques. This role is pivotal to creating and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence's and drive mission teams to deliver on our employee's ideas as well as those from our Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the delivery of agile change management initiatives and activities such as change impact assessments, update change road maps and programmes road maps such as People Leaders Growth programme
Create communications plans and material to build a consistent message for Delivery and our transition to a Product Led Organisation (PLO) – presentation decks, videos, social media, Newsletters
Work with stakeholders, agile coaches, and impacted teams, to coordinate a broad range of changes associated with moving from project to product-based ways of working
Support the Enablement team and the Head of Enablement to move forward critical organisation change activities including communication, organisation design, agile rollout planning, operating model changes
Coordinate the required support to all impacted teams including engagement events, training, coaching, communication, to help move towards the adoption of Agile Ways of Working whilst improving engagement and employees experience
Provide hands-on support, collaborating with colleagues in the Enablement team in the scheduling and delivery of key engagement and communication sessions
Coordinate mechanisms for measuring and managing the overall engagement with teams wherever they are on their journey and communicate progress on engagement with a variety of stakeholder groups
Champion the organisation's agile mindset and ways of working
There is a level of travelling to participate in quarterly events, workshops, and other related activities
