Job Description

Change Lead (Source to pay) – 6 months (Inside IR35) – £740 per day – London – Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)

Our client is looking for a Change Lead / Change Manager focused on S2P (Source to pay or Invoice to pay) to come onboard and be a part of their new programme, which is a key enabler in the transformation of their finance operating model.


Lead and develop Change Management for area of responsibility building capability and quality in change management that lands change that ‘sticks’ and can deliver with certainty.

Keep status of projects up to date, ensure action items are documented and resolved, and provide updates to leadership as needed.

Deliver change management to ensure adoption of the changes required

Ensure alignment of all change management communications to strategic plan and corporate messages.

Lead engagement with training and communications colleagues to ensure alignment of change management solutions to corporate standards and group messages.

Responsible for building and maintaining strong senior manager level relationships both internally and externally as applicable

Lead engagement and ongoing management of a Change Network including procurement Change Champions and Change Management teams.

Skills & Experience:

Significant, diverse experience in leading business transformation teams, change and business adoption with knowledge of building change management strategies.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and management with strong change management skills, particularly in understanding stakeholder engagement principles and practices.

Leading – proven people management skills with the ability to motivate, develop and manage in a complex environment.

Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels and across varying functions of the organisation.

Working in Finance organisation, with knowledge / understanding of the end-to-end process and associated interdependencies.

Experienced in converting complex finance systems / processes into easily digestible collateral for decision making and engagement purposes
