Job Description

Role title: Change Process and Tools Lead

Location: London / Reigate – 40% hybrid working (2 days in office and 3 from home)

Role Overview

This is a new key strategic role where the Change Process & Tools Lead will be responsible for designing and embedding a best-practice Change delivery model to accelerate ROI from investment across the Group. To drive the setting of standards and develop guidelines and procedures to describe what good looks like for Change Delivery and Oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Ownership of end-to-end change process to develop best practice model.
Speaking with third parties to look at possible tools, manage the implementation and continue to monitor thereafter.
Develop and maintain the Change Delivery Playbook that clearly articulates the standards and guidelines for Change delivery.
Provide risk-based quality assurance through various techniques (e.g., thematic reviews, sampling, shadowing, interviews) to ensure the quality of Change delivery.

Key Skills

Working within a six sigma/kaizen environment – qualification is not needed but understanding of this for QA part of role.
Design and implementation of change processes, practices, documentation and Quality assurance, control, and risk management practices across the change lifecycle.
Create, manage and use of metrics and measures to support objective, data-driven assurance, and insight.
Ability in designing, developing, and running training and education programmes in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure that the Change function is delivering value for money.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, track and report progress against plans, manage risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
Detailed understanding of the end-to-end change lifecycles in various environments and levels of complexity (including depth in both agile and traditional / hybrid delivery models)
Proven track record of transforming change organisations and embedding new, robust, and scalable methods, processes, and ways of working into teams.
Proven track record of change delivery and PMO management experience in agile, multi-disciplinary, and commercial environments in Business and IT domains.
Experience leading training programmes, quality assurance, and control testing on large transformation programmes.
Proven experience in tooling strategy, implementation and embedding to support Change delivery across multiple teams and the wider organisation.
