Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our client's start-up SaaS & IOT team based in Oxford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of the company's technology strategies, ensuring that the company is able to meet its short and long-term objectives. Further responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions to support the company's needs, as well as ensuring that the technology is effectively integrated across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading technology teams, developing technology strategies, and managing the implementation of technology solutions. In addition, the candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in the SaaS & IOT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement technology strategies to support the company's goals

* Manage the development, implementation and integration of technology solutions

* Oversee the development of new products and services

* Ensure that the company's technology is secure and up-to-date

* Manage the technology team, providing guidance, training and support

* Monitor and review the technology team's performance

* Research and identify new technologies to support the company's development

* Develop relationships and partnerships with technology vendors

* Oversee the budget for technology-related activities

Technical Skills:

* Proven experience in an SaaS & IOT environment

* Knowledge of software development processes, system design and integration

* Experience in developing and implementing technology strategies

* Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies

* Ability to manage and motivate a team

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

* Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization

* Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
