Job Description

This highly prestigious professional services company is offering a fantastic opportunity working with the Head of Client Development systems to manage to firms' global CRM system. The role will maintain and configure the CRM and e-marketing systems, while helping to support the development of the reporting and insight strategy. You will be required to attend monthly meetings in London.

The role:

Development and management of the teams UK data stewards
Managing the day-to-day data tasks in the CRM and the improvement of data quality
Ensuring data is segmented to drive highly targeted marketing communications and client reporting
Managing the CRM / Data Change Management inbox and user request alongside data and system maintenance tasks
Continually looking for process improvements, new features, and third-party software to enhance resources
Supporting with the development of client preferences to help underpin business development initiatives
Acting as a first point of contact for any GDPR / compliance enquiries in the absence of the head of client development systems
Supporting with the merging / importing and segmenting of client dataThe person:

Thorough knowledge with InterAction Web, Windows, and Admin tools or similar CRM systems
Strong knowledge of GDBR and "anti-spamming" regulations
Strong people management skills
Excellent business writing and communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads, manage multiple projects and people cross-site and in virtual teams
