Service Desk Advisor (4 on 4 off days/nights 12-hour shifts)
Bridgend – Hybrid
Up to £28,000 per annum + 10% shift allowance + benefits
Are you looking for an entry level position to help you break into the tech world? Do you have confidence talking with clients over the phone? Then this is absolutely the job for you. You'll be helping our clients with their technical problems by solving the problem yourself or directing them to the next best person.

Be the first point of contact for customers with technical problems
Responsible for managing and owning support tickets and driving customer issues through to resolution either internally or via suppliers
Proactively monitor systems and suppliers for any potential issuesWhat you ideally have:
Ability to gain SC clearance
Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous technical experience isn't necessary as it is an entry level positionShift Patterns:
Shifts are on a 4 on (2 days – 7am-7pm/2 nights – 7pm – 7am), 4 days off pattern. You can work night shifts (in the week) and all weekend shifts (days and nights) remotely.
