Role: Client Success/ Application Support
Location: West London (fully office based)
Salary: up to £35k (DOE)

Due to growth, this health tech company are aiming to lead the global digital transformation of healthcare with focused digital solutions allowing them to maintain at the forefront of healthcare technology.
With their platforms already being used within many NHS hospitals, they are looking for someone to assist with client support through emails and telephone, debugging, system configurations, system audits, system quality checks and testing, maintenance of change management processes and general account management.
Offer technical support and training to current clients
Solving inbound queries whilst escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support updating the client status as you go along.
Conduct regular system checks and audits with answers to clients from identifying the problems.
Educating clients on the functional capabilities and upgrades
Take part in 24/7 system support on-call rota
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
Maintain all user training materials and organise NHS doctor rotation training
Previous experience in a similar IT support role
Experience with productivity software and applications
Great understanding of common issues that may occur in Saas platforms
Qualification in Computer science, IT or similar
Experience in healthcare/ health tech industry (NHS preferable)
