Job Description

* Use a ticket system which will receive tickets from clients

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, liaise, and work in a team to resolve said tickets

* Provision and liaise with third party suppliers’ new services as required

* Monitoring, reporting and identifying a stable platform is essential for customer success

* Patching, updates and general system administration of Windows / Linux systems

* Resolving SIP/VoIP faults, call quality issues, one way audio, routing of traffic

* Documenting knowledge learnt and sharing amongst the support team to improve SLAs

Candidate Requirements

* 2-3 years’ support engineer experience

* Knowledge of number porting is desirable

* Windows / Linux server administration

* Command line

* Bash and python scripts

* Fundamentals of networking TCP/IP

* Patching

* Ticket management

* Troubleshooting

* Customer support

* SaaS based support and application delivery

* Dealing with customers in multiple continents

* Twilio Stack

* Telephony (SIP/VoIP)

* There is a shift pattern system and a weekend which will need to be worked (once/twice a month)

* There is an on-call system which you will be expected to be included on
