Performance and Analytics Designer
Deliver PrOptima Performance KPIs and reports for all four of the above projects, which will include data and voice via 5G Standalone (SA) and non-Standalone (NSA) and 4G networks.
All these are new Data Core platforms, which must be integrated to the PrOptima system by identifying the required KPIs and working with Mycom, the PrOptima supplier, Netpulse support (TCS – L1 support) to ensure these KPIs are supported.
These new platforms also need to be integrated with INNOYE foresight which is a service assurance tool and will be used for performance reporting of all data core components going forward.
Deliver and support KPI & reports design phase on foresight for the new projects and once delivered, create new KPIs and reports on foresight as per the requirements from designers.
Support monthly performance and capacity call for the review of data core components, which includes reviewing/presenting the KPIs as agreed with TDAs for each area.
Deliver Tableau dashboard enhancements for new projects as per different requirements so that designers, managers, and Operations Support teams can all keep track of the performance and capacity of all the new Data Core platforms, to ensure that we provide the best data and voice services for all our mobile customers.
Required skills are – Exposure to any performance monitoring tool – Proptima or Foresight preferred, KPI and report development, Tableau, SQL, spark, Python, big data framework and mobile network experience
