Contact Centre Analyst – CRM, MS Office (Excel) – Havant, Hampshire – Salary to £38,000
Innovative contact centre and business solutions consultancy has an amazing opening for a Contact Centre Operations Analyst / Data Analyst with experience of MS Office (Excel) to join the organisation in a Lead role that will offer further career development and progression.
In this role you will be responsible for understanding my clients CRM systems / OMNI Channel solutions (ConnexOne) API Integrations, as well as understanding of Email / SMS / Webchat cloud technology. Your responsibilities will be to act as day to day contact for internal stakeholders with regards to the administrative and analytical tasks relating to the system management of the solution, producing activity reports, daily management of database systems for OMNI channel solutions, preparation and management of the appropriate data strategies for outbound campaigns (supporting the operational team with call blending on inbound/outbound blended campaigns) plus compliance reporting and continual development of the Contact Centre Systems team. In addition, you will also be required to manage the database documentation, procedures and control
Contact centre, call centre or outsourcing background is pre-requisite for this role
