    Job Description

    Content Editor – £(Apply online only)/day – Inside IR35 – 6 months – Remote (with occasional site visits)

    Location- London OR Chesterfield, Derbyshire
    INSIDE IR35 

    My global client requires a Content editor. You will edit high-quality documentation to assist users in discovering and consuming a new retail system. You will work collaboratively with technical writers and AI experts to identify documentation & content needs, to edit the content & graphical content when necessary.

    Role:

    Work with AI experts who configure the search engine and work with the content for meta tagging in knowledge articles. 
    Edit technical information from content writers to understandable information for the end users.
    Making sure tool tips from product owners make sense and are relevant.
    Requirements 

    Retail background
    Excellent English written skills 
    Attention to detail
    Able to work with lots of material during a short space of time. 
    Experience in producing help articles. 
    Experience with search engine optimisation
    Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
