Contract Desktop Technician
Experienced Desktop Technician needed for a project working with one of the industry's leading Media providers. In this role, you'll be playing an important part in ensuring technical support for a range of end users with regard to migration issues, hardware and software queries, networking issues, ticket escalation, and more. This is part of an important annual refresh project for the business.
This role will run for around 6 months initially and offers a hybrid working model (2 days a week onsite in C London). This role is inside IR35.
* Significant prior experience in Desktop Support roles (1st, 2nd, 3rd line)
* Solid knowledge of a variety of software and hardware platforms like SCCM, MAC OS, Microsoft Windows
* Troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Outlook
* A familiarity with antivirus software
* Strong communication skills
