Job Description

Spectrum IT's client are currently in the process of transforming their digital platform that their app is built and delivered upon with new technology and updated processes. As the Contract MuleSoft/Salesforce Engineer your will be responsible for building and innovating the platform, helping developers to deliver on specific features and aiding a fast delivery cycle. This is an initial 3 month contract, INSIDE IR35 and has FULL REMOTE working.

As the Contract MuleSoft / Saleforce Engineer you will work on proactive monitoring and supporting the platform as well as the teams that utilise the platform. You will play a crucial role in part of the transformation into a modern and innovative platform while also utilising Salesforce – Therefore previous Salesforce and Mulesoft development experience will be crucial.

Responsibilities

Managing and innovating the MuleSoft platform
Hands on Saleforce Development
Ensuring that a successful Salesforce user experience is delivered to all via best development practice
Applying in-depth knowledge of multiple Salesforce platforms to ensure all project developments meet best practice
Working with development teams to solve platform specific issues
Managing and improving on the CI/CD pipeline
Improving on the proactive monitoring for the production systems
Solving issues in a multi cloud environment
Evangelize the DevOps culture, IaC and automation

Skills & Experience

Strong experience developing and deploying MuleSoft platforms
Salesfoce Development experienced (not just integration experience)
Scripting language skills. E.g. bash.
CI/CD tools. Google Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Bitrise.
Terraform and frameworks around terraform (beneficial)
Salesforce Certified (beneficial)
TDD/BDD driven development (beneficial)
Programming languages. Golang, NodeJS, TS, React/Native or C# (beneficial)
Working with an event driven architecture
