Job Description
Qmulus Solutions are a Creatio partner located just outside of Evesham, Worcestershire. Due to business growth we are looking to recruit a Software Consultant that will work within a small team to liaise with customers and understand their business and design solutions to resolve their problems using the Creatio BPM platform.
The CRM Consultant position may also include the following as part of your duties and role:-
* Uncover customer requirements through discussion of issues with the client, design a solution and provide them with a proposal for the work.
* Work within a small consultancy team to deliver customer requirements and make sure customer’s expectations are being exceeded in a timely, professional manner.
* Provide on-site/remote training of the product to customers.
* Answer some questions from clients about product and service benefits.
* Some requirements to attend trade shows and travel to events and meet clients if needed.
Knowledge of Creatio not required however an understanding of CRM software and its benefits would be advantageous.
Training on Creatio and on the job training will be provided.
