Are you passionate about CRM? We are looking for a problem solver to take ownership of our Dynamics 365 development and pass that passion on.
About the role
CRM is at the heart of IGD and a vital piece of our Customer Data Platform.
We migrated to D365 Online in 2019 and since have built upon the existing system, using a wide range of the tools available across Power Platform stack.
This role brings an exciting opportunity to rework our legacy developments, then work with business and technology teams to evolve and enhance our organisation’s CRM capability.
And you can feel good about being part of a company that uses its profits to support good causes through our social impact activities.
Reporting to the IT Director and working as part of the Data Technology Team, these include:
All things CRM
You will be responsible for CRM Solution design and implementations to meet our business requirements; including customisations and configuration; CRM plugin development and associated web service integrations.
You’ll handle CRM Maintenance, plus SISS Integration support & end-user support; SSRS and PBI Reporting.
Scoping and testing
This involves scoping and requirements gathering with key stakeholders.
Testing, implementation, training others and updating all documentation.
Being the CRM champion at IGD
You’ll be championing best practice CRM usage to deliver benefits for our business and our customers.
You will be working as part of the wider team to help to deliver all of our technology objectives; and with our third-party CRM suppliers.
What you bring
· Experience working as part of a technical team managing business systems
· Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms
· You’ll have the curiosity and agility to solve problems, collaborating proactively across the business
· The mindset to drive clarity, pace and accountability
· You’ll find efficiencies and be able to look for continuous improvements for systems and ways of working
· And you’ll need the ability to communicate and collaborate well, adapting your approach to engage a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders
We offer a range of benefits, including a market leading pension, a bonus scheme, the ability to buy and sell annual leave plus a generous medical insurance package.
At IGD, we have a great work-life balance, where you are empowered & trusted to manage your time.
You will be based at our head office in Letchmore Heath, Watford, Hertfordshire.
We are operating a hybrid approach to working with a mix of home and office-based working. We are based in a very accessible location within the M25, just 20 miles from central London.
