Salary negotiable circa £30,000 + 10% Bonus

Many many social eventsThis is a superb role within a brilliant Company in Leeds who is a creative Media agency working within the Retail and FMCG sector, experiencing continued strategic growth. This is a great opportunity to work within a busy and dynamic culture, where you will be constantly encouraged to grow and develop. This is a hybrid role which also offers flexibility with hours. The working environment within this creative business, is quite unique with a very relaxed but very focused feel and really stunning offices in Leeds. This role will work closely with the Salesforce Manager and will have responsibility for working closely with Account Managers internally and with International clients externally supporting with all queries relating to the Salesforce platform, with the aim of driving solutions.

We are looking for Graduate calibre candidates who perhaps have a strong Helpdesk or E-marketing background and ideally have exposure to the Salesforce platform. This role is heavily communications led, working and being a point of contact Internationally with clients and also being that "go to" internally with colleagues to provide solutions and excellent levels of helpdesk support.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Working closely with the Salesforce Manager to manage a wide range of queries relating to the Salesforce platform
Being a key point of contact for clients, conducting face to face meetings via Zoom and proactively participating in key client meetings
Communicating extensively internally with Account Managers across the business, being a key area of communication support to them with Helpdesk queries
Involved with ongoing and new projects relating to the Salesforce platform to ensure maximum and best possible output
Supporting across internal integrated applications
Reporting across both Salesforce and across Excel, producing data
Making recommendations for improvements as you develop and progress within the role
Possible International travel involved with this role to North America

What we are looking for in the right candidate:

You will ideally be a Graduate and will have experience of working with the Salesforce platform, however for the right candidate this is not essential
If you don't have that Salesforce exposure, you will be very IT literate with exposure to another CRM platform and you may have helpdesk or possibly e-marketing experience
You will have a confident approach, really strong communication skills with a natural ability to build strong relationships at all levels with ease
Strong Excel knowledge is essential, any experience working with Tableau, Conga and Docusign is an advantage
A proactive approach across every area of your work, being very solution led in your approach
A team player
