Job Description

The Role : Dynamics 365 Specialist

This large and well-established IT consultancy firm is looking for a Dynamics 365 Specialist to join their team. This is a critical role within the business, and you will be leading the implementation and training for Dynamics 365 from a user perspective. You will be working with the Sales Operations team to ensure the team is fully trained in D365 and you will provide ongoing support and training.

*It is essential that you have practical experience in using Dynamics 365. This is NOT an IT Technician role.

This is a Monday to Friday hybrid-working role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

What will you be doing as Dynamics 365 Specialist?

Act as a Dynamics 365 expert to ensure maximum use of the platform
Support the delivery, maintenance and new systems releases of Dynamics 365, working with the Sales Team to ensure a seamless delivery
Create and maintain live dashboards and set up business reporting
Look for new releases and work with the IT technical teams to work out how the fit best and how functionality will work on a practical level with sales teams
Work with the sales and IT teams to ensure all necessary systems integrations are implemented and the team is fully trained on how to use them
Create Dynamics 365 training content for the sales teams and wider business users
Provide accurate reporting on customer insights and data
Ensure best practice is adopted by all users
Assist with general platform management, such as troubleshooting common issues, system configurations, creating reports

What are we looking for in our Dynamics 365 Specialist?

Extensive practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 and it’s structure, systems and processes
Experience of data management in a CRM system (ideally Dynamics 365) such as cleansing and importing data and ensuring a high quality of data
Strong project management skills and working knowledge of business analysis methods and change management
Ideally experienced in implementation and set up of a new CRM system
Highly organized and able to work well with multiple business areas
